Felter's Fruit Basket - workshop led by CETG member Pirkko Soundy
Saturday 18th April - 10am - 3pm - Great Kingshill Village Hall
In this workshop you will learn how to make three dimensional needle-felted objects. We will practice creating different shapes and mixing wool colours to stunning effects. No prior experience is required and all materials will be provided.
Tea/coffee and biscuits will be provided, but please bring your own lunch.
Cost to CETG members is £20, and £25 to non-members. There are 12 places available. Secure your place at our meeting on 10th February, or by emailing Pirkko.
Summer Outing to Angels Costumes and Kenwood House
Monday 1st June - 9.15am - 5pm
Angels Costumes has been creating outfits for films since 1913. The tour of their Hendon facility will take us behind the operations and give us a glimpse of some of the highlights from over 8 miles of rails of costumes!
Our afternoon will be spent at Kenwood House in Hampstead. Access to the house, art collection and garden is free. Bring your own picnic or visit one of the restaurants for lunch.
